2. Acceptance of Terms

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.2 Wagering Requirements

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placing Bets

All bets at starbet65 are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. By clicking "Place Bet" or equivalent, you confirm that you accept the displayed odds and stake. Bets are binding once confirmed and cannot be cancelled by the player unless the specific market allows cash-out prior to settlement.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

7.4 Odds Errors

StarBet65 takes reasonable steps to ensure all betting odds are correctly set. Where an obvious error in odds has occurred — for example, odds of 100.00 on a strong favourite — starbet65 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to players. This decision is at starbet65's sole discretion and is final.

7.5 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets at starbet65 are subject to suspension during key moments such as goal attempts, wickets or other significant events. Bets submitted during a suspension period may be accepted at updated odds, cancelled, or queued for acceptance at the next available odds — the outcome depends on the specific market settings shown in the starbet65 interface.

8. Casino and Live Games

All casino games available at starbet65 — including slots, Teen Patti, Aviator, live roulette, baccarat and all other titles — are governed by these Terms and Conditions in addition to any game-specific rules published within the game interface itself.

8.1 RNG Certification

Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games at starbet65 use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect long-run statistical outcomes over millions of rounds and do not guarantee any result in any individual gaming session.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account (including deposits not yet wagered) may be reviewed and may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, funds associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity may be forfeited.
